Beach Access
Casa Milla De Oro
The bright, spacious open plan interior provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. All rooms have independently regulated air conditioning /heating units. The elegant sitting dining room opens onto the covered terrace and south facing terraced pool area with sun loungers. There is an 85 inch smart, flat screen TV suitable for streaming Netflix etc. There is 1GB high speed fibre optic WiFi throughout the villa.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully fitted and very well equipped, complete with a large ‘smart’ American style fridge-freezer. The fridge has built in multimedia and acts as the doorbell for exterior Ring doorbell.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. Two have sliding door access to the garden and pool. Two rooms have a double bed and the third has twin beds. All have new air conditioning and mood lighting ceiling fans. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, accessed by marble stairs from the living room. It has a super king bed, extensive built in wardrobes, en suite shower room and jacuzzi bath. It has two terraces, North and South with lovely views of the Mediterranean and Mountains.
The garden, pool and terraces are totally private and not over looked nor visible from the road. The covered terrace, accessed from the sitting-dining room is comfortably furnished with rattan couch and easy chairs and a dining table for breakfast or lunch. The pool area has an outdoor shower, pergola and pool table. The covered terrace has a Weber BBQ ideal for al fresco dining in the evening.
The property is located in a quiet cul de sac in an enviable location close to all amenities. Vehicle access is limited to residents and guests with a security barrier. You won’t need a car, but if you have one there is safe parking just outside the property. We can arrange airport transfers if required.
The villa is situated in the town of Puerto Banus, near Marbella. As the area is sandwiched between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains it has a micro climate creating the warmest winters in Europe.
The town centre of Puerto Banus is a 5 minute walk away and it provides a wide range of shops, designer boutiques, restaurants and bars to suit all age groups and price ranges. The blue flag beaches and marina with luxury yachts are just an 8 minute walk away. Centro Plaza shopping centre with luxury Spisa supermarket/ deli / English language bookshop/reading room, luxury shops, artisan bakery and popular restaurants just 3 mins walk away.
Marbella town is 6km away, easily accessed on foot along the beautiful beach side promenade or by car, taxi or bus along the famous “Golden Mile”. Marbella old town, with Orange Square at its centre, is very typically Spanish… With flower festooned narrow, winding streets and great tapas bars.
Me and 5 friends stayed at the villa in March and had a great time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best location to have easy access to everything. We didn’t need to take taxis anywhere as everything was on our doorstep. We had a special birthday for one of my friends and Natalie the host organised reservations at a nearby restaurant and we had a fantastic day. There was a welcome pack with some essentials when we arrived which Wass great and Natalie was on hand to give us plenty of advice and help with anything that we required. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we will be recommending it too all of our friends.

Thank you Natalie for having us at your fantastic house. Thank you for organising the Airport pick ups it made everything so much easier for us. As you know we were most unfortunate to have a couple of days of rain but the games machine and pool table kept the kids entertained all day. My husband was also highly delighted that he could watch his beloved Manchester United live on your huge screen tv. The location was perfect for us to come and go the beach as we pleased and the few steps to the beach bar was a huge bonus. We visited quite a few of the beach bars on the short walk to the Port and all were excellent. We did however have everything we needed at the house when we wanted to stay indoors. Thanks again for a fantastic stay you have a beautiful home and we hope to be back in the near future.

We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Casa Villa De Oro we had the best time. Were were 3 couples and stayed for our friends 50th Birthday. The Location of the villa is absolutely perfect. We were able to access all the amenities in the area easily and within walking distance. Natalie and matt are fantastic hosts and were there to answer any questions we had. Matt organised for the Guys in our group to have a golf day and arranged everything from pick up and drop off to club hire and they had a great day. The girls had a pamper day and Natalie arranged for a Nail technician and hairdresser to come to the villa for the day she also organised a hamper of food and drinks for us for the day. Having stayed in the area on other occasions this was by far the best experience we have had, it was also extremely reasonably price compared to other villas we had looked into and stayed in before. The hosts going above and beyond for us all really made a different to our stay. Anyone wanted an ideally located holiday stay with brilliant hosts this is the place for you. Thanks again guys.

Myself and my husband stayed at Casa Villa De Oro with our daughter and our friends family who have 2 children and we had an awesome time. The location of the house is perfect. We spent days in the pool, nights BBQ ing and afternoons people watching in the famous Puerto Banús, the kids were amazed by the supercars and yatchs. The villa had everything we needed including a retro games machines that not only the kids but my husband was obsessed with. The hosts organised for our transfers to and from the airport which was great and also made reservations at a nearby restaurant that they had recommended. Unfortunately one of our kids was a little unwell and Natalie the host arranged for them to be seen by the doctor and even picked up medication for us. We have already booked another stay for next year and can’t wait to come back. Thanks again for everything The Grant and Chubb family.
